KHCA ‘s graduate pathway is a 12-month program that supports the graduate through a learning journey in preparation for the CA program. There is specific learning and one-on-one training to develop your skills in preparation for client interaction.
A mentor is appointed to assist you with day to day operational queries, whilst being trained exclusivity by a tax manager.
The successful candidate will be trained in all areas in superannuation compliance and should have a long-term view of wanting to run their own tax client base.
